Cynthia
Holds a master’s degree in psychology from the Lebanese University. She has experience as a remote medical assistant with French doctors, providing psychological support to patients post-surgery. Additionally, she worked for eight years with an American institution, offering psychological and social support to Iraqi refugee families in Lebanon.
Elias
A business administration graduate and psychology student nearing graduation. He is passionate about human relationships and volunteers with the Lebanese Red Cross. Elias is committed to making a positive impact by providing support and guidance to those facing challenges and loneliness.
Ali
A 27-year-old computer and communications engineer with five years of experience in programming, communications, and team management. Known for his willingness to help others, Ali has a natural inclination to offer solutions and advice, making him a valuable addition to the Famillas family.
Lia
An experienced educator in special education and teaching English as a second language. With a background in psychology, Lia understands the diverse needs of her students and adapts her teaching methods accordingly. She has extensive experience teaching children with autism and is skilled in managing individuals with special needs.
Timotheos
A master’s student in psychology at the Lebanese University, Timotheos has experience working with various age groups as a therapist for children and adolescents and as an assistant specialist for the elderly. He has also trained individuals with autism in daily life skills.
Sandy
Specialized in life and earth sciences with a master’s degree in biology and marketing techniques from the Lebanese University. Sandy’s expertise includes teaching at the elementary level and working as an insurance consultant focused on family protection. She has over 10 years of experience in spiritual and social humanitarian work.
Melanie
Holds degrees in business administration, marketing, communication, and advertising. Melanie has diverse experience in business, digital technologies, communication, writing, and artistic and literary innovation. She has led workshops on gender-based violence awareness with the Middle East Center for Sustainable Development Studies and the United Nations Population Fund.
Hassan
Holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and business administration and is currently a clinical psychology master’s student. An avid reader, Hassan has read over 100 books in the past six years. He has nearly a decade of experience with the Lebanese General Security and is eager to apply his diverse knowledge and communication skills to serve clients at Famillas.
Ithamar
A 24-year-old pursuing a master’s degree in clinical psychology. Passionate about social work, Ithamar is enthusiastic about making a difference through meaningful initiatives. Her natural empathy and exceptional interpersonal skills enable her to connect genuinely with others.
Hassan
30-year-old with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the American University of Beirut. Hassan has experience in management with various NGOs and as a social activist. He also has a proven track record as a sales officer in several companies.
Helen
Currently studying psychology at the American University of Beirut, with minors in women’s and gender studies and public health. Helen has extensive field experience, including coordinating patient flow at Embrace Lebanon and providing psychosocial support at Be Brave Beirut.
Ghada
Holds a master’s degree in financial sciences from ESA and a bachelor’s in economics from the Lebanese University. Ghada has specialized in mediation and pastoral health, obtaining diplomas from Saint Joseph University. Her professional experience spans various business sectors, and she has extensive experience working with the elderly and children with special needs.
Nour
A psychology graduate from the American University of Beirut, Noor is passionate about understanding human behavior and social dynamics. Through internships and volunteering, she has honed her research and patient support skills.
Alexander
An academic graduate from the Hotel School in Lausanne with extensive experience in hospitality. Alexander has a strong background in project coordination and customer service, having worked in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.
Mirna
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science at the Lebanese University. Mirna has experience as a private tutor, teaching various subjects to elementary students. She has participated in several cultural exchange programs to develop her skills and interests.
Benjamin
olds degrees in audio technologies and information technology from the University of Lyon in France, as well as a diploma in professional photography. Benjamin has diverse experiences in the UAE, ranging from customer service and sales to technical support and volunteering.
Rita
Holds a diploma in patient pastoral accompaniment from Saint Joseph University and a diploma in listening and accompaniment from La Sagesse University. Rita has completed numerous courses in patient care, including caring for Alzheimer’s patients.
